Allow to "Save as" existing template under Report Manager

Under report manager > Assign report groups. I need to add a function where I can just simply re "save as" existing template for Group set name rather than creating a whole new group set and assigning each program 1 by 1. We have at least 600 programs and it's not productive to be adding this one by one so I believe having the "save as" function will be helpful and efficient to our organization.
