Add additional column to all GL reports that is a running total of the balance

I would like to see a column in all GL reports that is a running total of the balance after each transaction. To currently do this I download the report in Excel and add the column. This is useful in reconciliations because the report provides a date when the balance is 0.00. I can then run a GL report to include only the transactions the are or may be part of the GL balance.

Hi Sharon, Thank you for your request. Could you provide more information on which report you're running? It sounds like our posted transactions report might be a good fit.
