ARB Overpayment Warning

Can MIP allow a “warning or an error condition” when applying to ARB receipt with no outstanding balance? This will prevent me from applying a receipt to an invoice that doesn’t have an outstanding balance.

It sounds like you may have run into a timing issue where multiple receipts were posted to the same invoice. We'll consider adding a validation to recognize unposted activity in the receipt process.
