Maintain Allocation Codes - Easier update method needed

We set up certain admin people in an 800-cost center. The admin people are allocated to their programs. We frequently change the allocation %'s. Every time we want to change the allocations, we have to go into each GL account being used for each 800 cost center and update the % allocations. This is a very time-consuming task as there are many GL codes being used in a single 800 allocation. In addition, we have a number of different 800 cost centers that get allocated.
What we’re looking for Abilia to do for when we have to update a program allocation is (see images): -Under Maintain Allocation Codes-> pull up allocation code CC you are looking to update (804 for this example) -We would like to go in and update the Percentages for the first allocation code listed PA -804 5080 under the Method tab. Once we save the new %'s for this allocation code line we would like a process that would copy the %'s under the method tab to the remaining lines for this CC (5100, 5110, etc.)
