Inactivate customers and vendors utility

A utility that could be run in MIP, that would change the status from A to I or D, as specified, if they had no activity since a specified date. The date would be chosen. This currently can only be changed by going into each customer or vendor, one by one, and is very time consuming if you have a large database that has never been cleaned up.
