Add Attachments Module

I would like to see an attachments module that lets you upload and access attachments/uploads in a central location instead of going into the actual transaction. This would also let you view the documents rather than downloading. Since we are in a digital world the current method is time consuming and archaic. Ideally users would have the ability to scan directly into Abila from a scanner, rather than scanning to their computer and then uploading, and printouts from Abila would include a bar code or QR code, so when the document is scanned it would automatically populate the session ID and document number. Then there would be toggle boxes to check indicating if you want the scanned docs attached to the session ID or a document number.
