Add system-generated A/R invoices (ARS) to Transaction Entry Effective Dates

Because a large number of transactions may be generated and the timing nature of customer billings, we need to be able to control and restrict the Effective Dates of A/R Billings.

To include some additional detail on this, MIP is incorrectly allowing ARS invoices to be created using prohibited dates (transactions outside of the entry dates) listed on the Organization, Organization Preferences, Entry tab. MIP allows posting of these ARS batches with the prohibited dates.

This is creating serious internal control issues for audit cut-off.

I agree, we recently completed an audit for our year ending 6/30/2023 and an ARS entry was posted with an effective date back to 2021. It seems like this is the only module that you can't prohibit dates.
