Stop changing the Poster to reflect the doc modifier when the doc is posted

Details:
We run a report to review what user created a transaction vs what user posted the transaction. This is to insure that the two are not the same.
The problem we are having is that the transaction has a field “Document created on computer” (1) and “Document modified by user” (2), when the doc is posted 1 & 2 become the same person. It changes 2 to be the same as 1, transaction poster appears as the last modifier. This is confusing and misleading. It could infer that the poster modified the document in some manner other than simply posting it.
