Add Freeze Pane on Bank Rec Screens

Our Cleared Check/Voucher screen is more than one screen and when flipping applications (MIP to bank site), it shoots you back to the top of the listing.

The only way to freeze is to click on one of the cells. This would make things much easier. Many times I have ended up unclearing an item when the screen jumped.

PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!! 3 items today were unchecked that had cleared because of the screen jumping when moving from one screen to another.
