Add Lock Date and Last Updated By to the Bank Reconciliation Summary page for audit

On the bank reconciliation report it would be very handy if the reconciliation lock date and who updated last was added to the bank reconciliation summary page for auditing purposes.

This would be extremely helpful to us as well. Right now we have to print/pdf the bank rec and sign it, when the lock information would do that handlily.
