Adding CTX as option for ach transactions

CTX allows for additional information to be sent with an ach file, information that the customer/client/receipient of the payment needs to know in order to process the transaction once they receive it. I suggest that Abila make that an option in the vendor record along with a method of having additional info included in an ach file that is created to upload to a bank.
