Add Calculation method for End of Year Carryover

It would be great if you had a calculation method where the system would adjust the leave balance based on the amount of hours to carryover to the next year. At this point you have to go in and adjust everyone who is over the carryover amount down to the carryover balance amount. This feature is very common in Accounting/Payroll Software and I can't imagine that more organizations using your product would not want this.
