Adding a 1099 New Vendor Report

The state of Texas now has a requirement that we have to report any new Vendors who use their SSN for their business similar to a New Hire within 20 days of using them. We need a report that can pull Vendors by SSN with a date range based on when the Vendor was created in order to meet this requirement.

A Vendor creation date would also be useful when analyzing whether to inactivate Vendors without recent activity. If you can only filter on recent activity, you might close a Vendor that had been created recently and is awaiting its first invoice.
