Include an automatic email notification to Leave Request

When an employee requests leave, an email notification should be sent to the supervisor. This notification will allow leave requests to be approved more timely.

EWS should have email notification to supervisors when new leave has been entered by employees, and employees should have email notification when their leave has been approved (HTML approver just like Microix) --
