Make Bank Reconciliation easier. Grouping Deposits by Deposit # and Date makes it difficult.

When clumping deposits by Deposit # and date, it makes it hard to reconcile when they are not actually deposited together. There should be a way to clear only a portion of the clumped deposit.

I would prefer that this option be toggle-able. There are some instances where I do prefer the grouped amount.

I think that's a bad idea. The whole reason there is both a document number and a deposit number is so that the deposit number can reflect the actual deposit and the doc number the donor receipt.

As an alternative until MIP makes any modifications, we reached out to our bank and they were able to print a sequential number on our deposit slips (like a check number). We now use this number as the deposit number, and it correctly groups our deposits together in the bank reconciliation screen.
