Add a separate field in the Grant Administration Tap for CFDA number

Our annual audit requires a "Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards". We always need to incorporate both the CFDA number and the Pass-Through Entity's Identifying Number or their Award/Contract number. It would be very helpful to include both of these key pieces of information at the time we set up a grant so we can run a fund report for all our Federal programs to complete the schedule of federal awards.
