Pop Up Showing Operator Where a Cost Center is Active in a Distribution Code

When deactivating a cost center, it would be useful to the operator if the pop up message notifying the operator that it cannot be deactivated because it is being used in a distribution code, actually shows what distribution code it is still active on. I am currently trying to deactivate a huge list of inactive cost centers and I cannot use the D status because the system is telling me it is still being used in a distribution code. However, when I run the list of distribution codes by cost center, I cannot find where the cost center is still active. Not sure if this is a system glitch or not.

If this is not possible, then the system should do more to discourage the use of an inactive cost center other than warning the user that the cost center is inactive. It should disallow any posting to a cost center that has anything but active status.
