Add "Billing Group" as a selection/sort for financial reports, like Revenue Journal

Because we use Billing Group for our 8 different kinds of billing, we assumed we could sort financial (posted) information and did not set up other designations, like Programs. But Billing Group is not an option on any financial/GL report.
