Ability for employees to make changes to their direct deposit account via EWS
In an ongoing effort to make things more paperless, it would be helpful if EWS allowed employees to change their direct deposit information online vs. having fill out paperwork and accounting having to make those changes for them.

EvaNot a good idea as employee could enter wrong information, this would create additional work for the payroll administrator and a delay in employees getting paid.

tammy fiscusHave it like the w-4 where they make the request but have to have paperwork filled out for the backup. Accounting or HR would make the change in MIP

James PauleyI view this as an essential improvement to MIP. This puts the ownership of account information on the Employee and takes the load off of Payroll. If the employee has to have a paper check because their account information is not correct, that's there own problem, not the employer's

Shawnna EarnestI think employees should be responsible for entering and changing direct deposit information. This is their personal information and the onus should be on them.
