Keep Headers but Delete Page Breaks when exporting a report to Excel
Currently when exporting a report Excel, the system gives the option of deleting headers and page breaks. It would be EXTREMELY helpful if the system could separate this option into two options: (1) delete headers (2)delete page breaks. The option to delete only page breaks would eliminate the time consuming process of deleting column headings throughout a report while still allowing the page header to print on each page.

Rachael Johannes Admin MergedOften times I want to retain the information given in the header but not the page breaks when exporting to excel. Perhaps it could be setup to choose which parts to keep and which not to.

Scott RonkenI currently have to craft a header for some of my Excel reports. I agree this would be very helpful.

Jason GibsonAn alternative solution is to allow users to have "Fit Columns to Page", "Fit Rows to Page", and "Fit Report to Page" options when printing or running the report as a PDF. I have many reports where I have to export to Excel just to convert them to a PDF where all columns are on the page. I have entered this as a suggested change.

Sharon WilsonI like this suggestion and feel it would be useful. I have needed to add some type of header information sending the Excel file MIP created to end users so they are area of what entity, dates etc. The information is for.
