Ability to pre-note a new direct deposit but leave existing (main) direct deposit active

We have clients with multiple direct deposit accounts on file. We would like to still honor their main direct deposit while being able to pre-note newly added direct deposit accounts to their record. Right now you can only pre-note all or none.
