Payroll Distribution Codes

ONLY allow payroll distribution codes to be either Payroll Only or Both NOT Accounting Only. We just got the HR module and EWS and had an employee that wouldn't pull into Payroll. Come to find out the employees distribution code assigned in the HR module was set at Accounting Only. If it won't pull into Payroll it shouldn't even be an option.
