Allow Longer SMTP Passwords

Some modern SMTP relay services produce passwords longer than the max password length. This prevents MIP from using the correct password. As a workaround, I had setup an IIS SMTP relay to just relay the email to the correct SMTP server. But, the workstation application sends the email from the app rather than the server. So that workaround is not functional.
Please allow longer SMTP passwords!
