Add Option to View an Attachment without needing to Download
Since we have moved to the cloud we have continued to struggle with the system. We constantly get kicked out from the software for various reasons, the Abila team lost months of attachments, the system is slow and now we are being forced to download an attachment to view it. This download feature creates more work and is very redundant. We already have the attachment saved to our network so we can attach it when creating the entry. This causes issues with internal controls for posting and creates extra work.

Anonymous Admin MergedIt would be nice to have a central location to pull up attachments vs. having to pull up the document then get to that attachment that way. Another option, when running reports, if there was an attachment, have a hyperlink in order to pull able to click on that attachment. A simpler way so you are not having to go through multiple steps in order to see an attachment.

Monika MergedThis was available before cloud. Having to download the attachment and save is extremely inefficient and tedious. Please make attachments viewable like they were before cloud.

Colette SulakThe download feature is not feasible or efficient. It takes time for data to download. Once data is downloaded. You have to scroll through multiple items to locate the saved item. The download feature does not only download 1 item it downloads 100's of items. Very time consuming and not productive.

John Michael AdminHi All,
Just to get some clarification here, what file type(s) would you say most of your attachments are? PDF, Word, Excel..etc. This will help us identify some things we could do to accommodate this request. Thank you!! -

Michael GolubThe bulk of attachments are PDF files. In Modern, there's many places missing where attachments are available in Classic. Bringing these two in line would be very helpful. I understand why attachments need to be downloaded in Classic and adding the ability to view PDF files in RDP would help alleviate that. I don't know how that functionality works in Modern, I don't have access to attachments in our demo system.

RebeccaI would appreciate this as well. I download so many items that I only need to view once. I'd like to have the option to choose whether I want to view or download.
