Posting right for user

I would like to have difference post session access right for user. Here is my example of situation. I have an AP manager, who will review and post AP session. But currently, in the system if I give them access to posting session, they are not only can post AP session, but can also post other sessions (JV, JVA, AR.....). In other the post session is all or nothing. It would be great to have it limit to module posting access. Such as in this example, the AP manager only have access to posting AP module only.

We have received a management comment from our auditors (2 years in a row) because several of our users have the ability to create and post JVs.
However, if the functionality existed to restrict posting by module we could fix this. As it stands now, we need users to have the ability to create documents in one module and post in another, but the current functionality makes it look like they can do everything without any controls.
