Favorite Reports

Can we allow our favorite reports to be icons in the workspace areas and have the ability to move them around? This would be great. Or allow for the process manager area to be a bit bigger and allow for more spacing between reports. Another idea is when you click on the report name it auto goes to the edit screen. Currently you double click it runs the report. I've rarely been able to do that as typically criteria needs to be set (date change, etc).
