        <content type="text/plain">When working on a document in a JV, the only way you can scroll left or right is to scroll down to the bar at the bottom of the document. This allows for users to easily lose their spot in the document if they are having to change their attention to a scroll bar - something that should be beneficial to the user, not a hindrance. Relocating the scroll OR recreating the scroll so it moves with the document instead of being stationary at the bottom of said document would be very helpful.</content>

I have had a number of instances where a date was entered incorrectly and posted to a month that we have already issued financial statements for.  Blackbaud accounting software had this feature when I worked at another employer, and it was really helpful.</content>

        <content type="text/plain">When we calculate the difference between the Current Year Actual and the Budget Amount, the result is in the opposite direction for revenues and expenditures (because revenues are inherently negative). So, we need the ability to either change the column headers (as I did in the example by exporting to excel then printing to pdf) or have a different formula for revenue and expenditures. It is difficult to read currently because the "negatives" in the revenue area show a shortcoming but the "negatives" in the expenditure area show an excess. This is in MIP Classic.</content>

The problem is, this report doesn't include the remittance address. Rather, we can see a Check Address Code but not the actual address itself (see attached for this unhelpful field). Even on a widescreen monitor, it seems that there's a lot of wasted width and text is very small, without manually fussing with zoom and column settings. In Louisiana, this box was grayed out in 2025. Can this box be reinstated, perhaps as a dropdown that is either only 'no exemption' or '99 - exempt?' I understand it cannot be a typing field as it used to be, because the state changed the form. Alternatively, could an exempt checkbox be added, like it is under Federal Income Withholding? I am not looking to manually adjust this employee's SWT on every payroll for the rest of time.</content>

When the second person checked on the old Abila version, they can see the EFT routing and bank information even though it is set to manual pay (printed check).  When I (the third person check) went to the Modern Abila, there is no way for me to see what the EFT routing and bank information is because it's set to Printed Check.  It would be good to have the layout like the old version with it greyed out but visible if EFT is not selected.</content>

At the present time, this is not possible to do. However, you could print the Direct Deposit Register for each employee. This report does give the breakdown of paycheck by routing number/account number.&#13;

On the "Vendor Details" tab, we use the "Type" drop-down menu to choose which type of vendor they are, such as Corporation, Contractor, Employee, School, etc. There are two things I would like to do that I can't currently do. (1) We have some types that need to be made inactive because we don't use them anymore. However, there isn't a way to make them inactive. Once they're added, they're always available. (2) We have some types that need to be edited for clarity or because they have typos. However, when you edit one, it just creates a new one, it doesn't change the existing one. This makes the list even more confusing. Thank you for considering these changes!</content>

We need this to be able to connect our enterprise reporting platform (Fabric/Power BI) directly to MIP Cloud data.  Else, we have to export or connect to on-prem database restored from cloud and this kills the comparative value of paying for MIP Cloud vs on-prem.</content>

        <content type="text/plain">In our CFO's Old System, the system was able to read the effective date and if it was after the "closing date", the system would automatically put the invoice or entry in the next open month. &#13;

For instance, If December was "closed" but our AP staff accountant tried processing a December invoice, the system would automatically enter the effective date as January.</content>

        <content type="text/plain">This is the first time we have run into this, but maybe make a way to turn on/off EWS access for certain staff. Currently, if you make them inactive, they can login but cannot enter a timesheet. If you terminate them in HR, they are unable to login at all. Without going into the details, we have an employee who will be out on leave for the remainder of the month who we would like to terminate their access in EWS since they will not be working. There are check boxes for other things like OT eligible, so maybe under Timesheet Settings, have a checkbox for EWS access. The default in my opinion should be on for all new staff entered, but then we could turn it off on an individual basis if needed.</content>

Currently "Apply Offset" just applies one offset, so if there are multiple lines of code that each need an offset the amounts are combined into one offset. Our A/R person has expressed frustration with having to manually enter each line of code, which can really bog things down and open up chances for errors. Can there be an "Apply Offset Settings" where you can change how the offset works? Ideally you would be able to create an offset for each existing line of coding.</content>
